Shipping Policy
Operating Days
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday
- Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- Orders placed outside our operating days will be processed on the next business day.
Regular Delivery
- Orders placed before 15:00 WIB will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 WIB will be processed on the next business day.
- Regular shipping will be arranged after the order has been processed and packed.
- The estimated delivery time depends on the courier service selected during checkout.
Instant / Same Day Delivery
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 WIB.
- Orders placed after 12:00 WIB will be processed on the next business day.
- Instant / Same Day Delivery is only available in selected areas depending on courier coverage.
Free Shipping policy
Free shipment is determined by total purchase as follows:
- Total purchase of IDR500,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp50,000
- Total purchase of IDR1,000,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp100,000
- Total purchase of IDR1,500,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp150,000
- Total purchase of IDR2,000,000 will get shipping cost discount at Rp200,000
- If the total purchase exceeds Rp2,000,000 the maximum shipping cost discount will be at Rp200,000
