Conditions Where Items CANNOT Be Exchanged:

  • Damage caused by the buyer
  • Hangtag or brand label has been removed
  • The product has been used by the buyer
  • Return requests submitted more than 7 days after the item is received

Conditions Where Items CAN Be Returned / Exchanged:

  • Damage caused by the seller or logistics partner
  • The seller sent the wrong product model from what was ordered
  • If the exchange is due to the seller’s mistake, the shipping cost will be covered by the seller
  • If the exchange is due to the buyer changing their mind, the item not meeting expectations, wanting a different collection/color, etc., the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer

Exchange Process:

  • Please contact Bagasi Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 21 7563888 to initiate an exchange request
  • Fill out the online form provided
  • A clear unboxing video is required (showing all angles of the package and product)
  • The process takes 3–5 business days (the item will be inspected first to ensure it is still in good condition and has not been used)
  • Buyers are allowed to exchange items only once
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value
