Return Policy
Conditions Where Items CANNOT Be Exchanged:
- Damage caused by the buyer
- Hangtag or brand label has been removed
- The product has been used by the buyer
- Return requests submitted more than 7 days after the item is received
Conditions Where Items CAN Be Returned / Exchanged:
- Damage caused by the seller or logistics partner
- The seller sent the wrong product model from what was ordered
- If the exchange is due to the seller’s mistake, the shipping cost will be covered by the seller
- If the exchange is due to the buyer changing their mind, the item not meeting expectations, wanting a different collection/color, etc., the shipping cost will be covered by the buyer
Exchange Process:
- Please contact Bagasi Customer Service via WhatsApp at +62 21 7563888 to initiate an exchange request
- Fill out the online form provided
- A clear unboxing video is required (showing all angles of the package and product)
- The process takes 3–5 business days (the item will be inspected first to ensure it is still in good condition and has not been used)
- Buyers are allowed to exchange items only once
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value
